This serves as a description only, please read it before you post, and post in a new thread, not in reply to this. Thanks.
Down the hall on the ground floor, to towards the very back part of the building, that hasn't been touched with renovations or refurbishment, you come across a door with an old faded gold door handle, one you have to grasp and push down to get the door to open. Above the door is a frosted glass window, in dirty gold letters, across the middle of the window, are the words "Scott Thomas, Private Investigator" in a neat easy to read typeface.
Beyond the door, is the office you need, and perhaps the person you seek is inside.
The office has two small windows, with timber venetian blinds over them. Daylight seeps in through the slats of wood, filtering through the dust in the small room. On one wall, there is a metal filing cabinet, on the other, there is an old floor to ceilling bookshelf, full of all sorts of books, ranging from reference books, to legal books, to books on sciences and psychology to mystery fictions, and horrors.
In the middle of the room, there is an old looking desk, it is neat, but by one glance you can tell it is old. On the top of the desk, there is a stationery organiser, full of pens, a stapler, a tape dispenser and other sorts of stationery.
In front of the desk, closest to the door, there are two seats, cushioned on the bottom, and made of wood, also looking rather old. Behind the desk, is a high backed leather swivel chair, it looks to be the most expensive thing in the office, though, you can see the material is wearing fro use.
It is obvious the person you're looking for spends a lot of time at this desk, in this room. There is a desk lamp, the head pointed directly over the middle of the desktop. Looking at it, you can't help but wonder, what on earth does this man do at his desk all day? There isn't even a computer in the office, though, you will notice a phone on the wall. It too, is quite old looking.
The floor is wooden, there is a rug that spans under the desk, and around the center of the room, though, most of the floor is still wooden. The office gives you the feeling of being in an old movie.
