Appearance: Scott is a tall well built man, with tan skin and dirty blond hair. He often leaves it to messy spikes. His eyes are a light oceanic blue, and are extremely easy to get lost in. He has a cheeky boy-like smile that takes years off his face when he lets it show.
He often lets his whiskers grow to a nice looking stubble.
Powers: N/A
Personality: Scott is kind and curious. He is a bit like a cat really, independent, intelligent, mysterious and well, once you have his trust, the deeper side of him will be seen.
However, he has several demeanors, the business side of him, which starts out purely professional; researching, finding clues, getting answers, and the personal side of him, helpful, friendly, and sometimes, a sarcastic wise-ass.
Weaknesses(be realistic for this): Curiousity, it always gets the better of him.
Strengths(be realistic for this too): He has a way with words.

Bad Habits: Smoking, though, it's more of a nervous habit, and sticking his nose too far into other people's business'.

History: Scott's family died when he was young, a car accident wiped all but him out when a truck driver slammed into their car. He spent weeks in a coma, and then months in rehabilition. When he was fifteen, he was released into the care of his uncle, at first, it was alright. His uncle was a selfish and distant man, and they both kept to themselves.
As Scott grew up, he slowly learned to ingle with people again. At first, it was hard, he'd lost everything in that car accident, and he couldn't understand why he had been spared.
Slowly, he started to become a young man, he began to realise, it hadn't been his fault, that he had been given a second chance, and he wanted to make it worth while, for those he had lost.
With this in his mind, he blossomed, and his uncle started to get a little closer. Scott bought his girlfriend home once on a night his uncle would normally be out, and his uncle started trying to flirt with her, hitting on her.
Scott left her in his bedroom to go to the toilet and when he came back, she was running out the door, his uncle was laughing strangely in his bedroom. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what had happened, and from that night on, the war was on between the two men.
His uncle became abusive, out of seer jealousy that Scott could befriend girls, go out, have fun, and still do well in school, after all he'd been through. In his uncle's eyes, Scott was the perfect picture of everything he had hated, and he wanted it destroyed.
Scott could see that things weren't going to get better, so, he moved out before they got worse. His uncle hated him for it, he lost welfare money, and his life became even more miserable than it had been.
Scott got used to ignoring his uncle when they passed on the street and the town came to know what had really been going on in the small house they had shared, they realised exactly how strong Scott had become
Scott finished high school, and moved to the city for college, he studied criminal psychology and then decided he wanted to become a police officer. He went to the police training academy and by the time he was 24, he had a job on the force, he slowly worked his way up until he was 26, he didn't make the ranking he had been aiming for, but, he had had a good hand in solving a lot of the cases the station saw.
Once their... sponser tried to buy him out, he left. He couldn't stand the idea of working with people he couldn't trust, after all, they had sold their souls the day the took the money to look the other way.
He took a few years to do some soul searching of his own, he found out, he loved to travel, and even while he was travelling, he couldn't help but try and solve mysteries and crimes he came across.
He has now returned to his city, and has starting doing personal investiating for people who find him. He has now taken the outsider's life of a private investigator.
